IBA Support Services, LLC was founded in 2007 in response to an expanding community need for home health services and on the principals of the best practices in home health care today. We are locally owned, managed and operated by professionals who are skilled, experienced and well-versed in the programs and services of the home health industry.
Our service areas include counties in Ohio. We are licensed as a Home Health Agency in the State of Ohio. We are Medicare certification and CHAP Accredited. We accept patients with Medicare and/or Medicaid and/or private insurance. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.
Clients profit from our continuum of care by receiving services such as skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, home health aide services and social services, our rehabilitative therapies including: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
